We present our holiday flat in Santa Maria Green Hills, a newly built urbanization with more than six swimming pools and located in one of the most sought after areas for Marbella and foreigners.
In the area of Elviria you can enjoy warm sandy beaches such as Calahonda beach or Cabopino beach, golf courses with 18 holes to practice your swing, such as Santa Maria Golf or Cabopino Golf, beach clubs with great reputation in Marbella such as Nikki Beach and restaurants of national and international cuisine such as Da Bruno Cabopino, Simbad Restaurant, La Plage Casanis or Chiringuito Triana.
Close to the urbanization you will find the necessary services for the day to day life. Less than 5 minutes away you will find Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets, as well as chemists, tobacconists and petrol stations.
If you fancy a bit of metropolitan life, Marbella and Puerto Banús are 15 and 20 minutes away by car respectively.
The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room, kitchen and terrace, and throughout the house you will have high speed internet and a smart TV with IPTV to enjoy international channels.
The living room is spacious with room for all the guests and seating for all of them on the comfortable leather sofas. In the dining area there is a table with seating for six guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all top quality electrical appliances, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. It is also equipped with all the necessary utensils for the day to day life of the guest, crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchenware.
The master bedroom is en suite, with bathtub and double washbasin, the 1,50 m x 2 m bed is equipped with a high quality mattress where you will spend nights of comfort and relaxation. The guest bedrooms have two single beds of 90 cm x 190 cm, with high quality mattresses. In all rooms there is a desk, perfect for those digital nomads who always have their laptop with them. You will also find built-in wardrobes to store all your personal belongings.
The second bathroom has 2 washbasins and a walk-in shower. In all bathrooms there is a hairdryer.
There are two terraces with magnificent views of the mountains and the sea, one of them has an outdoor table and two sun loungers.
The flat has air conditioning, bath towels and bed linen, beach towels are available for a small fee. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
In the urbanization you can find six swimming pools; five outdoor pools open all year round and one indoor heated pool which is open from October to April (opening hours may vary according to season, subject to availability). There are also beautiful gardens and relaxation areas. The entire urbanization is gated and has security cameras and security personnel.
